Research Across America (RAA) is an Independent Site Network (ISN) and not an SMO. RAA-Dallas is a dedicated research facility which is located on the hospital campus of Dallas Medical Center. RAA-Dallas has secured a wing of the hospital to house 12 private rooms to conduct Phase I studies. Our Phase I unit is totally independent of the hospital and does not involve hospital IRB approval. We only use central IRBs at this site. RAA is proud of its 1 week turnaround time for budgets, contracts, and regulatory documents.
RAA has conducted 30 Phase I studies, most recently in these areas:- Vaccine for West Nile
- Vaccine for Bird Flu
- Allergies
- Aesthetics
- Back spasm
- Cholesterol
- Hypertension
Dedicated Staffing Includes:
EXPERIENCED Investigators and CRCs, laboratory technicians (with serial PK experience), regulatory staff, budget/contract services, patient recruitment/retention staff, data entry, and other administrative personnel.
