Research Across America broadened its therapeutic areas of expertise by adding the CNS Research Group to its team of scientists. The CNS Research Group is headed by Harold C. Urschel III, MD, MMA and specializes in the area of chemical dependency (addiction), general psychiatry and general neurological disorders including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, chronic pain, headaches and epilepsy.

Dr. Urschel’s significant background in clinical research trials includes participation in over 10 major clinical research, multi-site trials in the areas of chemical dependency and general psychiatric research. The CNS Research Group has partnered with specialists in a variety of its primary areas of research to bring significant clinical and research expertise for any specific trial within the CNS domain. The CNS Research Group has conducted trials for the PROMETA™ treatmenet for methamphetamine addiction.
