The in-house centralized call center allows patients access to highly trained operators who efficiently help determine study eligibility and schedule screening appointments. These patient recruiters conduct a medical history review over the phone in order to match the caller to a local location and pre-qualify for potential participation.  This process is instrumental in beginning a professional and
 positive experience between the study participant and Research Across America (RAA).  The recruitment team notifies patients about a study of interest via telephone or email as appropriate studies become available.
