BIOGRAPHY OF JEFFREY ADELGLASS, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Jeffrey Adelglass, M.D., F.A.C.S., is the founder and president of Research Across America. With more than 20 years of research experience, he has participated in over 1,000 clinical trials in a wide range of therapeutic areas. Dr. Adelglass has served on advisory boards of several pharmaceutical companies, and he is instrumental in conferring with members of these groups on protocol design and development. His research experience and knowledge displays his passion to find medical treatments that will improve people's lives.

Because Dr. Adelglass has a vast medical background, he has worked as an investigator on countless studies, including, but not limited to:

Dr. Adelglass is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has been in private practice for nearly 30 years. In addition to Dr. Adelglass' medical practice, he is also the co-founder of Skintastic Medical and Surgical Skin Rejuvenation Centers where he performs ground-breaking cosmetic surgical procedures. Dr. Adelglass is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Adelglass believes that people who participate in clinical trials are true heroes because researching today's medicines will bring tomorrow's cures.

BIOGRAPHY OF JOE BLUMENAU, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.

JOE BLUMENAU, M.D., F.A.A.F.P. is a full-time research physician who has conducted over 100 clinical trials with Research Across America. Before directing his full-time efforts to medical research, Dr. Blumenau had a successful and well-established family practice in the North Dallas Area.

His comprehensive experience in all branches of medicine have allowed him to conduct clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas. Dr. Blumenau's clinical trial experience includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

Dr. Blumenau is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. Research Across America is proud to have such a dedicated and experienced doctor as Dr. Blumenau as its Medical Director.

BIOGRAPHY OF KENNETH A. GOLDBERG, M.D.

KENNETH GOLDBERG, M.D. has been practicing Urology for over 30 years. He currently serves as a physician in his group practice, Texas Urology, located at Baylor Medical Center of Carrollton. An accomplished and published physician, Dr. Goldberg brings over 15 years of research experience to patients and sponsors. He has remained at the forefront of his field by bringing the latest medications and procedures to his patients.

His research experience includes, but is not limited to the following therapeutic areas:

Dr. Goldberg is a Board Certified Urologist. He formed the First Male Health Center in the United States and serves on the Advisory Board for National Men's Health Network. Research Across America is proud to have him on staff.

BIOGRAPHY OF RONALD KAPUSTA, M.D.

RONALD KAPUSTA, M.D worked in his private practice as an OB/GYN physician in the North Dallas area for over 25 years. He has been conducting studies with Research Across America (RAA) since 1996 and has served as a research physician on many different types of clinical trials.

Dr. Kapusta's ample research experience includes, but is not limited to:

Dr. Kapusta is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. He is licensed by the Texas Medical Board and is a member of the American College of OB/BYN. RAA is fortunate to have Dr. Kapusta on their investigator team, as his substantial research experience and dedication to patient care are unparalleled.

BIOGRAPYHY OF GERALD SIGMAN, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., F.R.C.S.

Dr. Sigman is an OB/GYN who has been a part of a trusted women's health, medical practice in the North Dallas area. He has also been working as a research physician on numerous women's studies in partnership with Research Across America.

Dr. Sigman's many years as a dedicated women's health physician have afforded him the expertise and the opportunity to conduct clinical trials in many specialty areas for females. Dr. Sigman's clinical trial experience includes, but is not limited to, the following women's health areas:

Dr. Sigman is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, as well as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. He is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners and maintains seeing patients at his medical practice in Carrollton, TX. BIOGRAPHY OF JACK DAVID SEIDEL, M.D.

Jack David Seidel, M.D. is the Director of Pediatric Research at Research Across America and has conducted dozens of clinical research studies involving children. He has been in private practice specializing in infants, children, and adolescents in North Dallas since 1990. Dr. Seidel is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He has been Chief of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern University Hospital-St. Paul since 1995. In 1997 Dr. Seidel helped found the pediatric nurse triage system for Children's Medical Center of Dallas and was its medical director from 1997 to 2005. In 2005 Dr. Seidel transitioned the program to Medical City Children's Hospital where he remains the Medical Director of Pediatric Phone Triage.

Dr. Seidel has been conducting clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas for infants, toddlers and teenagers since 1995. Examples of some of the pediatric therapeutic areas include, but are not limited to:

Dr. Seidel is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is a Diplomat of The American Board of Pediatrics. BIOGRAPHY OF JEFFREY G. STEWART, MD

JEFFREY G. STEWART, MD is the primary investigator for Research Across America in Carrollton TX. In 1984 he graduated with honors from Baylor University in Waco TX with a BA in biology. He graduated from Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX in 1988. Upon completing the McLennan Co. Family Practice Residency Program in 1991, Dr. Stewart joined Family Medicine Associates of Texas, P.A. in Carrollton TX.

BIOGRAPHY OF SEJAL MEHTA, M.D., MBA

Dr. Sejal Mehta provides a comprehensive range of psychiatric services to adults and children through her practice, Psychiatric Medical Associates. She recently joined Research Across America's experienced clinical research team to participate in CNS / Psychiatry clinical studies. Dr. Mehta is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and will bring highly valued experience to Research Across America's CNS trials.

Being a partner in one of the largest, state-of-the-art psychiatric practices in the Dallas metropolitan area, she works with inpatient as well as outpatient settings while also coordinating care with other providers and/or therapists. Dr. Mehta's expertise includes, but is not limited to the following areas:

BIOGRAPHY OF NANCY G. CAMPBELL, M.D.

Dr. Campbell is the Medical Director and Principal Investigator at Research Across America's 6th dedicated clinical research site in Houston/Katy, Texas.

Dr. Campbell is a Family Medicine physician who has extensive experience conducting multispecialty clinical trials for over 12 years and has conducted over 125 clinical trials.

Dr. Campbell has over 10 years experience as a cardiovascular registered nurse prior to her 10 years experience in private practice in Family medicine and as faculty teaching Family Medicine residents. For the last 10 years, she has been conducting clinical trials full time as Medical Director and Principal Investigator of a dedicated clinical research site.

Dr. Campbell's multispecialty clinical trial experience includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

BIOGRAPHY OF PADMA CHIMATA, M.D.

Dr. Padma Chimata, board-certified Rheumatologist in Katy, TX, has joined Research Across America, an Independent Site Network (ISN) headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Katy is a suburban area on the west-side of Houston. It is one of the fastest growing communities in the country and provides a diverse patient population.

Dr. Chimata is trained in "Geronto Rheumatology" and is one of only 15 in the US with this training. The CRCs that work with her have over 16 years of combined clinical trial experience. Her areas of interest include:

Dr. Chimata utilizes the experienced staff of our RAA Regional location in Katy for CRCs, regulatory, community outreach and other resources. Our patients are recruited through private practice, database, referrals, and advertising. RAA has an in-house patient recruitment department with 8 screeners. An IRB-approved advertising plan is developed at no-charge for our participating sponsors/CROs for each trial to include items such as community outreach, internet usage, and advertising (TV, newspaper, radio, and other mechanisms).

BIOGRAPHY OF PAUL M. MANN, M.D.

Board Certified in Ophthalmology

PAUL M. MANN, M.D. and associates at Mann Eye Institute and Laser Centers are conducting ophthalmic clinical research studies at their Katy, TX location with the RAA research team. This location is one of four locations that Mann Eye Centers have in the Houston area. Dr. Mann is Board Certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is assisted by 3 Sub-investigators.

For over 20 years, the accomplished refractive and cataract specialists at Mann Eye Institute and Laser Center have been at the forefront of vision correction. Combining Dr. Mann's patient care and RAA's experienced clinical research staff offers excellence in clinical trials.

Research areas of interest include: cataracts, glaucoma, routine eye care, contact lenses/solutions, ocular surface diseases such as dry eye, ocular infection, and conjunctivitis (bacterial, allergic, viral, and fungal).

Dr. Diaz is a Board-Certified Pulmonologist, Internist, and Sleep Physician who has conducted over 150 clinical trials with Research Across America. He operates not only a busy, 9-physician group-practice, but also owns 3 Sleep Labs. Dr. Diaz has served as an investigator on many types of research trials, including, but not limited to, the following areas:

Dr. Diaz maintains a bilingual staff to conduct trials in both English and Spanish. He is the Medical Director at the El Paso Sleep Center and President of the El Paso Pulmonary Association. Dr. Diaz also serves as the Chief of Medicine for Providence Memorial Hospital and as Medical Director of Respiratory Care Program. Dr. Ibarra operates and owns a busy, state-of-the-art urgent care facility where he conducts clinical trials with Research Across America. He also holds an exclusive contract with the University of El Paso to treat students as needed and works in the local El Paso hospital Emergency Room.

Dr. Sinitsa has practiced Family Medicine at Southern Berks Family Medicine for over 10 years. He has worked with Research Across America as an Investigator for the last 7 years in many different fields of medicine. Dr. Sinitsa has conducted the following types of research studies:

BIOGRAPHY OF GLENN S. CORBIN, OD

Dr. Corbin has been conducting ophthalmic clinical research for more than 16 years. He serves as Financial Officer for our Pennsylvania site and as an advisor for ophthalmic studies conducted at Research Across America. Dr. Corbin is the President of a full-time multi-doctor eye care practice in Reading, Pennsylvania, where he provides comprehensive vision and medical eye care services. His practice is a natural resource for research patients. Dr. Corbin has conducted clinical trials in a number of therapeutic areas (medications and/or devices) including, but not limited to:

A well respected national lecturer, Dr. Corbin speaks to professional audiences providing continuing education. He has authored numerous professional journal articles and has contributed to several textbooks.
